The mission of Vandenberg Air Force Base (VAFB) Asset Management Flight is to support the Air Force mission by ensuring that the 30th Space Wing 1) maintains compliance with federal, state, local and tribal environmental laws and regulations; 2) provides environmental cleanup by means of restoration processes; 3) protect human health and terrestrial assets through pollution prevention; 4) plans for the future by protecting past cultures and present natural resources; and 5) provides housing guidance for the human assets on base. The flight accomplishes this mission through its professional personnel. | |
